Lindsey Wagner

Lindsey Wagner is a licensed attorney in CA, FL, NY and OH who specializes in employment law, workplace investigations, and conflict resolution. A Harvard-trained mediator and certified investigator, she cuts through complexity with clear, practical advice. With a pulse on AI policy and its real-world impact, Lindsey guides entertainment professionals and companies through today’s legal and tech challenges, so you can focus on your craft.

  • Lindsey holds a double Bachelor of Arts degree from Miami University.

  • Earned her Juris Doctor with a concentration in International Law from Stetson University.

  • Received a Certificate in Health and Hospital Law from Seton Hall School of Law.

  • She is a member of the Association's Entertainment, Arts, and Sports Law Section.

  • She is also the Dinner Committee Co-Chair and Editorial Board Member of LA Lawyer Magazine for the Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA) Labor and Employment CLE Committee.

  • Lindsey is a member of the Southern California Mediation Association (SCMA), the Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI), the International Ombuds Association, and the Columbus Chamber of Commerce.
